Event Manager

You will be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of company events, including conferences, seminars, product launches, and client meetings. This includes developing event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans to ensure smooth execution. You will liaise with and negotiate with hotels, vendors, and suppliers. Additionally, you will maintain comprehensive event documentation, suggest new ideas for event planning, and focus on generating targeted revenue through the events. You will also coordinate with other teams for better execution of events on the platform and be ready to travel at short notice. Qualifications required for this role include proven experience of 4-5 years in event planning, operations, or management, preferably in a B2B marketing/event agency. You should also have a good connection with various event fabricators and vendors.
