Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-oriented and creative Marketing and Event Manager with prior experience in the mall or retail industry. This role involves leading marketing initiatives, planning and executing exciting events, preparing monthly calendars, driving customer engagement, and generating revenue through events and promotions. The candidate should be confident in handling budgeting, segment-based marketing, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities: -

Monthly Planning & Calendar Management

· Develop and maintain a detailed monthly calendar covering events, promotional activities, festive campaigns, and brand activations.

· Align calendar planning with seasonal trends, customer segments, and business objectives.

Event Planning & Execution

· Conceptualize and execute exciting and engaging events such as fashion shows, food festivals, workshops, cultural celebrations, etc.

· Customize events based on target segments like kids, families, youth, and corporate groups to ensure broader reach and impact.

· Ensure smooth coordination with vendors, artists, decorators, retailers, and internal teams for all event setups.

Budgeting & Revenue Generation

· Prepare detailed event budgets and ensure timely approval and finalization.

· Maintain control over costs while delivering high-quality experiences.

· Drive revenue generation through brand collaborations, sponsorships, kiosk promotions, and paid activities.

Innovation, Strategy & Suggestions

· Continuously bring in creative suggestions for new events, marketing concepts, and promotional formats.

· Recommend segment-specific ideas to attract footfall and improve customer satisfaction.

· Keep track of competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead.

Marketing Campaigns & Branding

· Coordinate in-mall promotions and brand activations in alignment with the mall’s branding.

· Support digital marketing and influencer engagement to boost online visibility for events.

· Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all marketing collaterals and event signage.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

· Analyze and report on event success, footfall impact, and sales linkage.

· Maintain detailed post-event reports with data on revenue, expenses, customer participation, and ROI.

· Present performance summaries to mall management for review and future planning.

Required Skills: -

3. Proficient in budgeting, calendar planning, and strategic marketing.

4. Hands-on experience with mall operations, customer engagement, and revenue-driven activities.

Qualifications: -

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Mass Communication, Hospitality, or a related field.

2. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in marketing/event roles in malls, retail, or hospitality.

3. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); basic knowledge of design/marketing tools is a plus.

Additional Requirements: -

1. Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and late hours during events.

2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
