Job Description:

Euro International School, Sikar is seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Manager to lead, plan, and oversee the execution of all co-curricular and extra-curricular activities across the school. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event coordination within an academic setting, with a passion for student engagement, leadership, and holistic development.

You will be responsible for managing the school’s yearly activity calendar, coordinating with teachers, external partners, and students, and ensuring high-quality, well-executed events that enhance the school's cultural, artistic, and leadership offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage the school’s annual co-curricular and extra-curricular activity calendar
• Supervise and guide junior activity coordinators and support staff
• Collaborate with faculty to integrate activities with the school’s academic goals
• Organize large-scale school events such as annual functions, sports day, exhibitions, competitions, and inter-school events
• Develop partnerships with external organizations and vendors for workshops, events, and enrichment programs
• Track and evaluate student participation and performance in various activities
• Prepare budgets, manage event-related expenses, and maintain logistical oversight
• Mentor students to identify and nurture leadership, talent, and creativity
• Serve as a bridge between school leadership and activity teams to ensure alignment with school vision

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in school activity coordination or event management
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Energetic, student-focused, and proactive mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office, basic design tools (preferred), and event planning software
