Location: Dwarka Sector 15, New Delhi Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience) Job Type: Full-Time Job Overview:Cloudology Kitchenlabs Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a reliable and flexible Event Coordinator to manage outdoor catering (ODC) events and take care of on-ground operations. In the absence of events, the candidate will handle market procurement responsibilities. Basic electrical knowledge will be considered an added advantage. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):Event Coordination & Execution Plan and manage all aspects of outdoor catering (ODC) events. Ensure timely logistics, equipment setup, and staffing on-site. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments for flawless execution. Market Procurement Procure required items and materials from local markets efficiently. Ensure quality checks and cost-effective purchasing. Inventory & Material Management Maintain records of event and procurement materials. Ensure proper storage and timely availability of resources. Basic Electrical & Setup Knowledge (Preferred) Assist in troubleshooting minor electrical issues related to equipment. Coordinate with technicians when required. Reporting & Documentation Submit event reports, procurement bills, and vendor follow-ups. Keep track of event expenses and inventory usage. Adaptability & Timings Be flexible with working hours; timings may be extended as per event requirements. Be available for early morning/late evening events as needed. Team Support & Collaboration Work closely with kitchen, admin, and logistics teams. Support other departments during non-event periods. Requirements:Minimum 1–2 years of experience in events or operations role. Strong communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of Delhi/NCR market for sourcing materials. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours. Electrical knowledge is a plus. Benefits:Competitive salary as per skills and experience.
