Job Description

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) for International Exhibition Employee

Role & responsibilities

1. Pre-Exhibition Planning & Coordination:

  • Handle international logistics, including visas, and travel arrangements.

2. Booth Setup & Branding:

  • Manage booth setup in alignment with global standards and brand consistency.

3. Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

Interact with international clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.

4. Lead Generation & Business Development:

  • Identify potential business opportunities and build global networks.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to follow up with leads post-event.

5. Team Collaboration & Compliance:

Work alongside global teams and ensure smooth coordination.

Booth Bookings, sending proforma invoice and follow up for payments

6. Information to the target audience by Mass mailing, tele calling & WhatsApp.

Preferred candidate profile

Fluent with Hindi English Gujarat Laguagges

Well versed with Ms Office

Email Communication skills/Public relations

Database search

Contacting target industry for International Expo

Ready to travel within and outside India
