Event Coordinator

As an event manager, your role will include coordinating with caterers and decorators to ensure all commitments are delivered as per clients" requirements. You will be responsible for maintaining a good relationship with venue owners and other stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will involve managing all pre-event planning, including event collateral, evaluation, and reporting. Additionally, you will need to manage key relationships with third-party vendors and contractors, coordinate event communications for branding, online and offline marketing, and implement event plans and concepts. Your qualifications for this role include a graduation degree in any stream, with candidates holding a degree in Event Management or specialization in Dance, Music, Theatre, Fine Arts, and Literary being preferred. You should possess strong communication and marketing skills, have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, exhibit good leadership skills, and be highly organized. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will be responsible for updating senior management, managing branding and communication, developing event feedback and surveys, handling post-event reports, executing event activities, and overseeing the Cultural Student Organizing Committee and Cultural Faculty Organizing Committee.
