Position: ETL QA EngineerLocation: Hyderabad (Hybrid)Work Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM ISTType: ContractNotice Period: 0–15 DaysRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Test and QA Engineer with strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in test planning, execution, data validation, and quality assurance in enterprise environments, with a focus on Azure Cloud and Data Warehousing/BI testing.Key ResponsibilitiesTest and QA SkillsPlan, develop, and coordinate testing activities including test plans, cases, debugging, execution, and analysis.Apply estimation techniques and QA planning methodologies effectively.Analyze user, functional, and technical requirements to design appropriate testing strategies.Perform functional and web testing using structured methodologies.Conduct Cloud (Azure)-based testing activities.Design and execute tests, analyze results, and create meaningful test metrics.Manage defects and track them through closure.Apply quality assurance principles and software development best practices across the SDLC.Continuously seek process improvements and eliminate redundant steps to optimize QA efficiency.Tools & Technology SkillsStrong hands-on experience with SQL databases and ETL testing – ability to write complex queries for data validation and mapping verification.Proficient in schema validation, data quality checks, and understanding SCD (Slowly Changing Dimensions) types.Deep understanding of Data Warehousing (EDW) and Business Intelligence concepts.Experience with Azure Cloud services for testing and data validation.Exposure to BI report testing and data migration validation.Familiarity with enterprise systems like PeopleSoft, SAP, and Aderant is an advantage.Hands-on experience with tools like UFT and TFS.Strong command over Microsoft tools and environment.Good understanding of enterprise-wide network and software implementations.Project & Collaboration SkillsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in remote or cross-functional team environments.Ability to provide accurate project estimates and deliver within committed timelines.Consistently produces work that meets or exceeds quality standards.Leadership & Teamwork

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹367,227.92 - ₹1,420,361.04 per year
