About The Role

We are looking for an experienced ETL QA (Automation) professional to join the Fidelity account under IBM GCC. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in database testing, PL/SQL, Snowflake, and Python, with good knowledge of data warehouse concepts and testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Perform database and ETL testing to ensure data quality and integrity.
Write and optimize complex PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, aggregate, and arithmetic functions.
Validate and test ETL processes, DWH concepts, and workflows.
Utilize Snowflake for data testing and validation.
Leverage Python programming for data analysis, test automation, and scripting.
Draft comprehensive test strategies for complex business requirements.
Perform API testing (REST/SOAP) where required.
Collaborate with development, business, and QA teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Ensure adherence to testing lifecycle processes and timely delivery.

Must-Have Skills

5+ years of strong hands-on experience in Database/ETL testing.
Expertise in PL/SQL (stored procedures, complex queries, arithmetic/aggregate functions).
Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
Proficiency in Python programming for testing and automation.
Good understanding of DWH concepts and experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica).
Strong knowledge of STLC and proven experience in testing deliveries.
Exposure to API testing (REST, SOAP).

Good-to-Have Skills

Knowledge of reporting tools (Power BI).
Experience with SnapLogic / AWS.
Job scheduling experience with tools like Control-M, NiFi.
Finance domain knowledge.
Experience in automation testing framework
