ETL QA Engineer

As a AR VR QA Tester at one of the Workassist Hiring Partners, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Microsoft-based solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing test strategies, leading and managing the test team, overseeing test execution, establishing QA processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing test automation frameworks, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of test plans and results. To excel in this role, you must have proven experience in a Test Manager or similar role with a focus on Microsoft technologies. Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes is essential, along with experience in test automation tools like Selenium with C#, MSTest, and Azure DevOps. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are required to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Having familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices will be beneficial, and any automation testing knowledge will be an added advantage. Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert are mandatory. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is also required.
