I am looking for a seasoned Sales Head to oversee our real estate sales operations in multiple branches. The role entails developing sales strategies, boosting revenue, managing branch teams, and reporting to top management.**Job Summary:**We need a skilled Sales Head to lead sales teams across various branches, drive project sales, revenue growth, and target achievement. You will be responsible for expanding the channel partner/broker network, monitoring branch performance, overseeing collections, sales closures, and customer engagement, as well as providing market insights and competitor analysis.**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead and manage sales teams in all branches.- Drive project sales, revenue growth, and target achievement.- Expand and engage the channel partner/broker network.- Monitor branch performance and implement improvements.- Oversee collections, sales closures, and customer engagement.- Provide market insights and competitor analysis.**Requirements:**- 15+ years in real estate sales leadership.- Strong knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market.- Excellent leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.- Proven ability to oversee multi-location operations and P&L responsibility.Please share your updated CV with chandu.t@mlopssol.com.
