About The Opportunity

A leading player in the Information Technology and Data Integration sector, we deliver enterprise-grade ETL solutions that drive analytics and business intelligence for global clients. Leveraging Oracle Data Integrator and modern data architectures, our teams design, implement, and optimize high-performance data pipelines to support real-time reporting and advanced analytics. We foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, empowering engineers to solve complex data challenges on-site in India.Role & Responsibilities

Design and develop robust ETL mappings and interfaces using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12c/11g.
Write, test, and optimize SQL and PL/SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
Collaborate with data architects to implement star and snowflake schema designs in the data warehouse.
Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting of ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
Integrate various source systems (Oracle EBS, flat files, third-party applications) into unified data models.
Document technical specifications, maintain code repositories, and adhere to ETL best practices and standards.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12c/11g in enterprise environments.
Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation and performance optimization.
Experience with data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and schema design.
Demonstrated expertise in ETL development, scheduling, and error handling.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve ETL performance issues and data discrepancies.
Solid understanding of source system integration, including Oracle EBS and flat-file ingestion.

Preferred

Familiarity with other ETL tools (Informatica, Talend) or scripting languages (Python, Shell).
Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
Knowledge of cloud data platforms such as AWS Redshift or Azure Synapse Analytics.
Oracle ODI or Oracle Database certification.
