This role is uniquely designed for individuals who are passionate about both technology and effective communication, as it combines the responsibilities of a Project Coordinator and Business Analyst in government software development projects. Qualifications Required Qualifications: B.E. IN Computer Engineering (CE) / Information Technology (IT) Basic understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of government processes and protocols Exposure to software development technologies (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, SQL) Familiarity with project management and documentation tools like Jira, Trello, Confluence, or similar Key Responsibilities Project Coordination Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools. Facilitate meetings, document discussions, and maintain project documentation. Business Analysis Act as a liaison between government clients and the internal development team. Gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into detailed functional specifications. Conduct gap analysis and process mapping for existing government systems. Prepare user stories, flow diagrams, and use cases for better clarity. Technical Support Assist in the testing, deployment, and support of government software solutions. Understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate issues when required. Documentation & Reporting Prepare technical and non-technical documentation for end-users and project stakeholders. Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, risks, and outcomes. Skills & Competencies Core Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Basic understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). Familiarity with project management and documentation tools like Jira, Trello, Confluence, or similar. Ability to write clear, concise, and accurate documentation. Knowledge of government processes and protocols (preferred but not mandatory). Team player with a proactive approach and an eagerness to learn. Preferred Technical Skills Exposure to software development technologies (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, SQL). Basic knowledge of system design or database concepts.
