Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Benefits, along with solid experience in Core HR, Payroll, and related modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM, with a focus on Benefits, integrations, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the techno-functional expert for the Oracle Benefits module.

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Configure Benefits plans, program structures, eligibility profiles, rates, and life events.

Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, Fast Formulas, and HDL scripts.

Build and support integrations with third-party systems (e.g., insurance providers, payroll systems).

Troubleshoot and resolve Benefits-related issues in a timely manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Payroll, Absence, and Core HR.

Support testing phases including unit testing, SIT, and UAT.

Prepare functional and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5-7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, with at least 3+ years in Benefits.

Strong hands-on experience with: o Benefits configuration and eligibility setup o Fast Formulas (Eligibility, Rates, etc.) o HCM Extracts and BI Publisher o HDL (HCM Data Loader)

Good understanding of Benefits enrollment, life event processing, and compliance requirements.

Experience in resolving Benefits issues and working with Oracle SRs.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (Benefits or Core HR)

Experience with Payroll or Absence Management modules

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
