Must Have Skills :

An understanding of Archer Platform
Required Archer Solution Architect certifications with good understanding of other Archer Applications (for example but not limited: Engage, Pelican, Insight, RMIS,)
Proven experience as Solution Architect working with setting up GRC for large business.
Excellent communication (C-level) and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to listen to Business needs
Project Management skills (waterfall and Agile)
Excellent network with Archer community
A very good understanding of Governance, Risk & Compliance domains

Self motivated

Good to Have Skills :

Ability to delegate

Roles and Responsibilities :

Provides best practices ensuring success of the GRC program (Governance)
Identifies and support areas of future expansion together with Program Manager and Business stakeholders.
Provide design and solution workflows.
Archer experienced SME in Governance, isk, Information Security and Compliance
Archer Experienced SME in Archer Insights implementation and risk quantification practices
Champions user adoption in the business
Oversees all other areas of Operations related to Archer Implementation in Ericsson
