Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Senior GenAI Platform Architect (Senior Digital Architect) to join our Financial Systems -CAT IT Division.
The incumbent would design and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions with a strong focus on DevOps practices for secure, scalable implementations. You will build and optimize GenAI applications and cloud architectures, leveraging traditional ML techniques to deliver innovative, production-ready AI solutions.
The preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore PSN, Whitefield Office
What you will do
- GenAI Development: Design and build Generative AI applications leveraging major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Snowflake) with expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic frameworks.
- DevOps & Deployment : Implement secure, scalable deployment strategies for AI/ML models using containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Cloud Architecture : Architect and optimize cloud-based solutions for AI workloads, ensuring performance, security, and cost efficiency.
- Entity Resolution : Develop AI-driven entity resolution strategies using LLMs and graph/vector databases (CosmosDB, Neo4J, Pinecone).
- RAG Pipelines : Design and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for advanced data interpretation and standardization.
- Integration & Observability : Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) for secure context sharing in enterprise AI workflows, integrate LangChain and agentic frameworks, and establish observability for production-grade systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives and ensure seamless integration into enterprise environments.
What you will have.
- 8-10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, including production deployments.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI development.
- Proficiency in Python and at least one compiled language such as Java or C++.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and their AI services such as AWS Bedrock and Azure AI
- Foundry. Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and streaming technologies (Kafka).
- Familiarity with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and prompt engineering. Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, security best practices, and scalable deployments.
- Understanding of traditional ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and HuggingFace ecosystem.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in dynamic environments.
Preferred Qualifications:

AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialist or Azure DP-100 certification. - Azure AI-102 certification.
- Experience with graph databases such as CosmosDB, Neo4J, and AWS Neptune.
- Knowledge of Snowflake optimization and big data lifecycle.
- Familiarity with agentic frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen) and multi-agent architectures.
- Demonstrated GitHub portfolio showcasing high-quality AI/ML projects and open-source contributions.
- This position requires candi to work a 5-day -a -week schedule in the office .
