We are seeking a
ServiceNow Solution Architect
to take full ownership of our ServiceNow platform and lead its evolution. This role combines strategic platform leadership with hands-on development expertise, ensuring the delivery of scalable, in ative solutions across ITSM, CSM, HAM, and SAM. In this role ,you will define the roadmap, lead technical design, and develop complex integrations while collaborating with stakeholders to maximize business value. While our India office is based in

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee design, development, testing, deployment, and release management of new capabilities and enhancements.
- Architect and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs.
- Develop and maintain custom applications, modules, and Service Portal components.
- Build and optimize server-side scripts, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.
- Create Flow Designer flows, IntegrationHub spokes, and orchestration workflows.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Drive automation, workflows, and self-service improvements to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence within ServiceNow.
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and availability.
- Manage upgrades, patching, releases, and platform maintenance.
- Maintain compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the quality and governance of the ServiceNow CMDB, Knowledge Base, and configuration data.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field along with along with proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or similar in a large-scale enterprise environment , ideally Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ideally Application Developer (CAD).
- 3-5 years of relevant experience along with a Strong background in ServiceNow development and platform ownership.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and integration capabilities (ITSM, CSM, SAM, HAM, etc.) and Exposure to AWS DevOps and cloud integrations (AWS services, Teams, Jira, Dynamics 365) preferred.
- Extensive hands-on development experience in ServiceNow, including JavaScript, Glide API, and scripting best practices, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and orchestration ,Service Portal development and UI customization.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer) preferred
- Expertise in managing platform upgrades, release cycles, and operational governance.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills and confidence in working with senior stakeholders and defining platform strategy.
- Proven track record of delivering platform improvements aligned with business strategy, including customer experience enhancements and automation initiatives.
