ServiceNow Solution Architect

Role

The ServiceNow Solution Architect will be responsible for driving the overall platform solution strategy, design, and roadmap across multiple ServiceNow workflows. The role requires deep platform experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, upgrade-safe, and value-centric ServiceNow solutions.

The Solution Architect will lead workshops, define future-state architectures, guide delivery teams, ensure adherence to best practices, and serve as a trusted advisor to business, IT, and leadership stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across multi-module ServiceNow implementations including ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC/IRM, CMDB/CSDM, and Integrations.
• Facilitate business and technical workshops to define requirements, use cases, and architectural decisions.
• Create high-level solution designs, data models, process maps, and integration patterns aligned to ServiceNow best practices.
• Own Solution Blueprint, Process Definition Documents (PDDs), and Interface Architecture.
• Ensure platform design aligns with CSDM, CMDB governance, and domain separation considerations.
• Guide development teams on fit-for-purpose configuration vs custom development based on best practices and upgradeability.
• Participate in CAB and steer technical/functional decisions, quality gates, and roadmap priorities.
• Provide technical advisory on AI/Automation capabilities including Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, process mining, and workflow optimization.
• Conduct solution reviews, impact analysis for upgrades, and ensure technical debt management.
• Collaborate with Project/Program Managers, Business Analysts, Technical Architects, Developers, and QA to ensure solution integrity across sprints/releases.
• Engage with platform owners and business leaders to define multiyear roadmap and value outcomes.
