Position: Tech Lead/Senior Tech Lead - Full Stack Developer Experience: 8-12 years Location: Bangalore Time to Join: 30 days or less Education Background: BE or MCA Good to Have: DevOps, Cloud Certification Team: 7 members Reporting to: Head IT Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to take on the role of Tech Lead/Senior Tech Lead. In this position, you will work with cutting-edge technologies to design, develop, and deliver scalable and reliable software solutions. Your hands-on experience in building projects from scratch, managing teams, and creating and monitoring project flows will be critical to the success of this role. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop both the front-end and back-end of web applications using Java, Kotlin, NodeJS, React, and NextJS. Architect and implement solutions using microservices architecture and API integration. Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring high scalability and reliability. Conduct code reviews, enforce quality standards, and implement unit testing. Utilize tools like Jira and follow Agile methodologies to manage project workflows. Implement and maintain security measures and follow industry best practices in web development. Explore and recommend DevOps practices and cloud solutions to enhance project efficiency and delivery. Requirements: 8-12 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development. Proven experience in building projects from scratch, including planning, execution, and delivery. Strong proficiency in Java, Kotlin, NodeJS, React, and NextJS. Expertise in microservices architecture and API development. Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira. Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, as well as cloud technologies. Excellent problem-solving, team management, and communication skills. Proficient in Git and version control systems. Preferred Experience: Previous experience in a reputable product or services company. Exposure to cloud technologies and certifications. Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
