Job Summary Physics Wallah Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented ERPNext Functional Consultant to support our end-to-end ERP implementation. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, configuring ERP modules, and acting as a liaison between business teams and the technical/development team. This role is critical to the success of PW’s digital transformation initiatives across Admission, Fee Management, HR, Procurement, Inventory, and Academic Operations and other modules respectively. Key Responsibilities Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements across modules (Student Admission, Finance, Inventory, HR, Batch Management, etc.) Lead the implementation and configuration of the ERPNext Education Module for Physics Wallah Offline Centers and Schools. Configure and implement ERPNext modules based on defined business processes. Identify process gaps and recommend functional solutions or minor customizations. Prepare business process & functional documents, training material manuals, and SOPs. Customize Doctypes, Workflows, Reports, and Dashboards to meet specific PW Offline Centers and School processes (Admissions, Fee Management, Student Records, Course Management, etc.). Act as the first level of support for end-users post-deployment. Collaborate with the cross-functional teams for complex customizations, script-based automation, and integrations with third-party systems (e.g., Payment Gateway, PenPencil LMS, PW App/Web). Monitor project timelines, report issues, and maintain strong documentation. Conduct data migration, UAT testing, go-live support and post-implementation support with internal users. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science Engineering, Information technology Engineering, or equivalent. 2–4 years of experience as an ERPNext or Frappe Functional Consultant. Frappe certifications. At least 1–2 end-to-end implementations in the Education domain. Solid understanding of ERPNext in domains like Education, Finance, Inventory, HR, and CRM and others Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail. Experience in writing clear documentation, process flows, and user manuals. Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity in Python, JavaScript, MariaDB/MySQL, and REST APIs. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in EdTech or multi-center business operations. Working knowledge of Jinja templating, scripting logic, or basic SQL (optional). Exposure to integrations with Learning Management Systems, Payment Gateways, or CRM tools and others.
