ERP Techno-Functional Consultant

We're seeking passionate ERP professionals with 1-3 years of hands-on experience to join our growing implementation team. In this role, you'll work on end-to-end ERP projects, configure complex business solutions, and act as the crucial link between technical teams and business stakeholders. Core Responsibilities:

Implementation & Configuration:

Configure and customize ERP modules as per business requirements

Lead workshops for requirement gathering and gap analysis

Design and implement business workflows and approval matrices

Set up master data, user roles, and security profiles

Technical Development

• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and interfaces
• Build and modify forms, views, and workflows
• Create and manage data migration scripts and templates
• Handle basic API integrations and middleware configurations

Project Delivery:

• Prepare functional and technical specifications
• Conduct system testing, integration testing, and support UAT
• Create training materials and conduct end-user training
• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting

Client Engagement:

• Act as primary contact for assigned modules
• Present solutions and demos to business users
• Manage client expectations and communicate project status
• Gather feedback and drive continuous improvement

Mandatory Experience:

• 1-3 years of hands-on ERP implementation/support experience
• Experience in at least one full lifecycle implementation (analysis to go-live)
• Technical + Functional exposure in any ERP system

Education:

• B.Tech/B.E, MCA, BCA, MBA (IT/Systems), or equivalent
• Preferred: ERP certification (Odoo, D365, SAP, or similar)

Technical Skills Required:For Odoo Experience:

• ✅ Hands-on with Odoo configuration (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting)
• ✅ Experience with Odoo Studio, Report Designer, or workflow builder
• ✅ Knowledge of Python for customizations
• ✅ Understanding of Odoo ORM, QWeb, and security models
• ✅ Experience with data import/export and migration tools

For Dynamics 365 Experience:

• ✅ Hands-on with D365 F&O or Business Central configuration
• ✅ Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• ✅ Knowledge of X++ or .NET basics
• ✅ Understanding of data entities and LCS
• ✅ Experience with security roles and duties configuration

Common Technical Skills:

• ✅ Strong SQL knowledge (queries, joins, optimization)
• ✅ API integration experience (REST/SOAP)
• ✅ Data migration and ETL tools exposure
• ✅ Basic debugging and troubleshooting skills
• ✅ Documentation and diagramming tools
