The Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our growing team. You will be the vital link between our clients' business needs and the technical implementation of Odoo. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze business processes, configure Odoo applications, and ensure successful adoption by the end-users.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 3+ years of hands-on Odoo experience to take ownership of projects and make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives.

· Conduct gap analysis between client needs and standard Odoo functionality.

· Configure and customize Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, CRM, Inventory, Purchase, Manufacturing, Accounting, Project, HR) to meet client specifications.

· Develop detailed functional design documents for developers.

· Lead and execute system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and data migration activities.

· Provide comprehensive training and end-user support to ensure smooth system adoption.

· Prepare user manuals and documentation.

· Provide post-go-live support and identify opportunities for further optimization.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Experience)

· Must have 3+ years of proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.

· Must have implemented and configured at least 3-4 core Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, Inventory, Purchase, CRM, Accounting).

· Strong understanding of business processes across various domains (e.g., Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Services).

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into functional solutions.

· Experience in gathering requirements, writing functional specs, and conducting user training sessions.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and work effectively with technical teams.

· Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Bonus Points For

· Odoo Certification(s).

· Experience with Odoo.sh.

· Basic understanding of technical constraints (e.g., XML, Python) to facilitate better communication with developers.

· Experience in a consulting or client-facing role.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
