Oracle HRMS Consultant

  • Act as business consultant/advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead requirement gathering sessions with HC and relevant departments.
  • Benchmark HC processes against industry standards and recommend improvements.
  • Guide the development of business requirements documentation.
  • Streamline and automate all HC services.
  • Reduce payroll errors and redundancies in HR data.
  • Achieve an integrated view of the bank’s structure and workforce.
  • Increase operational efficiency and reporting capabilities.
  • Align Oracle HRMS platform with modern industry standards

The Consultant shall:

· Possess deep experience in HRMS transformations across leading ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle,

· Workday, Microsoft Dynamics).

· Guide the HC team in defining clear, structured business requirements aligned with global best practices.

· Act as a business representative in all phases of the project: requirement gathering, design validation, testing, support, and user adoption.

· Collaborate with the IT/Oracle team to ensure the system reflects defined requirements.

· Contribute to HC service digitization efforts (including self-service portal and mobile enablement).
