ERP (Farvision Software) Manager

Job Title: Manager – Farvision ERP Software Operations

Department: IT / Projects / Operations

Reports To: Director in coordination with Department Heads – CRM,SALES,ACCOUNTS,ENGINEERING and HR

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to oversee the implementation, operation, and maintenance of the Farvision ERP software used across our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of Farvision modules with business functions, user training, troubleshooting, process improvement, and coordination with the software vendor and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Management:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of Farvision software across departments like Sales, CRM, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, and Inventory.
• Ensure smooth functioning and data accuracy across all modules.
• Maintain master data and oversee workflow configurations.

Implementation & Customization:

• Coordinate new module implementations, upgrades, or customizations with the vendor and internal stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work with vendors to develop solutions.

Process Optimization:

• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize system performance and operational efficiency.
• Standardize data entry and report generation formats.

Training & Support:

• Train and support internal users on various modules of Farvision.
• Troubleshoot user issues and liaise with vendor support for resolutions.

Reporting & Analytics:

• Generate and automate reports as required by management (sales, collections, inventory, project costing, etc.).
• Ensure MIS reports from Farvision are accurate and timely.

Compliance & Security:

• Ensure data integrity and access controls within the ERP environment.
• Monitor system usage and prevent misuse or data breaches.

Vendor Coordination:

• Act as the point of contact between the organization and Farvision's technical team or implementation partners.
• Manage AMC, software updates.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ERP software management, with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Farvision (mandatory).
• Prior experience in the real estate, construction, or infrastructure industry preferred.
• In-depth understanding of Farvision ERP modules (e.g., CRM, Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Finance).
• Knowledge of SQL, report building, and data extraction techniques.
• Strong Excel and MIS skills.
• Understanding of ERP architecture and integration with third-party applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
