Job Description

The ERP Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Ejewels ERP system, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, training data entry operators, and acting as the primary point of contact (POC) for ERP-related challenges. This role requires strong knowledge of the diamond and jewelry industry to align ERP workflows with industry practices, while collaborating with internal teams and the ERP development vendor to resolve challenges and implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:ERP System Administration

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Ejewels ERP system.
  • Monitor system performance, user access, and data security.
  • Implement updates, patches, and enhancements in coordination with the ERP vendor.

Training & Support

  • Develop structured training modules (manuals, SOPs, presentations, videos) for data entry operators and ERP users.
  • Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for staff on Ejewels ERP.
  • Provide first-level support for ERP-related queries and troubleshoot user issues.
  • Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of the diamond and jewelry industry processes (loose stones, assortments, certifications, jewelry production, sales & inventory).
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Ejewels preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to design and deliver training modules effectively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills (with staff and vendors).
  • Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

ERP Process & Industry Alignment

  • Ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and process flow across modules (Inventory, , Diamond Stock , Sales, Purchases, Accounts, Manufacturing, Certifications, etc.).
  • Leverage diamond & jewelry industry knowledge to configure and optimize ERP workflows (e.g., stone tracking, assortments, jewelry manufacturing stages, pricing, hallmarking, certifications, etc.).
  • Act as the POC for ERP challenges, liaising between internal users and the development vendor.

Collaboration with Vendor

  • Work closely with the ERP development/vendor team to report issues and track resolutions.
  • Test and validate new features, updates, or customizations before rollout.
  • Document ERP challenges, solutions, and process improvements.

Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze ERP usage and provide insights for optimization.
  • Standardize ERP processes across departments to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on ERP system upgrades and industry best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹135,694.52 - ₹961,576.47 per year
