Minimum

Should have experience of 3 to 8 years in Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment and Selection of Regular and Contractual Staff:

- To Prepare comprehensive Manpower Planning and recruitment of Regular Employees, Fixed Term Employees and Contractual Staff.

- Sourcing of CVs from Job Portal.

- Sourcing of CV from ERDA Website and Recruitment Consultants.

- Shortlisting of CVs for various positions.

- Planning, Organising and Conducting Interview of candidates

- Issue of Offer and Appointment letter to selected candidates

- Conducting Reference Check and Pre employment medical examination of selected candidates

- Completion of joining formalities of the recruited candidate.

2. Recruitment of Apprentice

- To conduct campus recruitment from various ITI Institutes

- Planning, Organising and Conducting apprentice interviews.

- DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) and Quarterly reimbursement claims for Apprentice from State and Central

- Certify vacancy through CNV and Employment Exchange Portal

3. Recruitment of Regular, Fixed Terms and Contractual employees

4. To on board the new candidates

5. To assist in all HR activities.

IT

1. Knowledge of Computers - MS Office.(Word, Excel & Power point)

2. Working knowledge on ERP (Microsoft Dynamics NAV Preferred) or SAP.
