This is Prachi Kalra from HR Team of ERDA. Please find the JD for Project Associate role in R&D Depatment . Position- Project Associate Duration 2 years Organisation - ERDA (Electrical Research Development Association) Salary - 28,000/+ 2800 (HRA) + 400 RS TADA per day, No PF deductions. Division R & D Site Visit- 15 20 days (mostly Lucknow) Duration is 2 years , after completion of 2 years project may or may not get extended. List of Activities 1 Frequent Site Visit for data collection for power system simulation studies 2 Carrying out simulation studies based on ETAP, PSSE, PSCAD, EMTP-RV softwares 3 Preparing technical report on system study 4 To assist in power quality measurement at site & report preparation Identify important activities (KRAs) 1 Data collection from site 2 Carrying out power system simulation studies based on different softwares 3 To assist in power quality measurement at site & analysis Skills Required to perform above Job effectively Technical 1 Sound knowledge of electrical engineering 2 Knowledge of ETAP, PSSE, PSCAD, EMTP-RV softwares 3 Frequent visit for data collection for study Behavioral 1. Ability to take initiative, prioritize work, meet the deadline set 2 To interact positively with superiors, subordinates & his team IT 1 Good Knowledge of Excel About ERDA - Electrical Research and Development Association (ERDA), a not-for-profit professional organization, registered under the Societies Act and Public Trust formed under the Charity Commissioner of Maharashtra, was promoted by the electrical industries and some utilities with support from the Government of India through CSIR and grant given by the Government of Gujarat. These services are provided through its 28 state-of-the-art centres located at its head office in Vadodara and three regional laboratories located at ERDA (West) Navi Mumbai, ERDA (North) Gurgaon and ERDA (South) Rajahmundry. ERDA services more than 10,000 clients annually from India and abroad for more than 150 electrical standard under requirement of NABL, BIS, BEE & ASTA certification.
