Responsibilities:

  • Employee Record Management:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee data in HR databases and systems.

  • Policy Implementation:

Assisting with the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:

Supporting the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, managing applications, and facilitating onboarding for new hires.

  • Payroll and Benefits Administration:

Assisting with payroll processing, benefits enrolment, and related administrative tasks.

  • Employee Relations:

Addressing employee inquiries, resolving basic workplace issues, and escalating complex matters to ADMIN head.

  • Document Management:

Managing and maintaining HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and performance reviews.
