Responsible for day to day administrative function of the Institute
Coordinate with the finance department and interact with the students and parents for the collection of tuition fees/mess fees, if any.
Ensure that the payment portals are working properly, with the help of IT department
Responsible for Maintenance of the office, class rooms, Hostel and up keeping of the premises through effective housekeeping
Coordinate for repairs and renovation as and when needed. Oversee new projects and ensure it is completed on time
Coordination with the local authorities corporation / food and safety standards for maintenance and compliances
Responsible for resolving the dispute among the students, maintaining the discipline
Effective coordination between the staff and students by addressing their concerns
Maintaining proper records of the students staying in the hostel and ensure the canteen contractor provides good quality food to the students
Coordinate for the students admission, enrolment and graduation process.
Ensure the required materials like student’s uniform, ID cards, instruments, books are issued on time
Organise and coordinate for various events in the institute, annual day, sports day workshops, convocation etc.,
Responsible for the hospitality to visiting professionals and the guests

Minimum 4+ years of experience in administration works are required
