Job Description

Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Manage office supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.

Manage schedules and appointments for senior management.

Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including arranging venues and catering.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail.

Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and other documents.

Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all administrative activities.

Provide general administrative support, such as answering phones and greeting visitors.

Assist with the preparation of budgets and expense reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Candidate with Exp in IATF audit is preffered.

Assist with special projects and events as assigned.
