Prepare engineering reports, specifications, and other technical documents required for a project.
Monitor construction progress, oversee site activities, and ensure that projects adhere to the design plans.
Develop and manage project budgets, allocate resources, and create realistic project timelines.
Coordination and Communication
Liaise and communicate with architects, contractors, and management to ensure project goals are met.
Compliance and Quality.
Ensure projects comply with all relevant environmental, zoning, health, safety, and building regulations and permits.
Implement quality control measures to guarantee the final structure meets design and performance standards.
Manage the procurement and ordering of materials and equipment required for construction.
