As part of the Procurement Excellence team, you will be at the heart of our mission to unlock insights how procurement processes can be conducted in the most efficient and effective way while ensuring compliance and sustainability.To support the business needs of today and tomorrow you will collaborate closely with buyers, category managers, adjacent functions as well as procurement leaders across the globe.
In This Role, You Will Make An Impact By
- Plan, execute and manage eRFP (electronic Request for Proposal), eRFQ (electronic Request for Quotation) and eAuction events from initiation to closure.
- Ensure strategic alignment, process transparency and effective supplier selection by collaborating with category managers, buyers and other functions on eSourcing activities.
- Analyze supplier submissions, create and deliver post-event reports (highlighting outcomes, savings, and supplier performance) to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities, lead and execute new initiatives to ensure full utilization of eProcurement tools in line with leading best practices.
- Guide procurement professionals on various types of auctions and when to use them to drive competitive pricing and sourcing efficiency.
- Create and maintain user guides and training materials and provide training to internal stakeholders as well as suppliers on eProcurement tools and processes.
- Monitor that bidding templates are updated e.g. with new regulatory or sustainability demands.
- Coordinate with IT and/or third-party solution providers to implement feature upgrades and system enhancements and perform test activities.
To Succeed In This Role, You Bring
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Business Administration, Supply Chain or similar from a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain with hands-on experience in eRFP, eRFQ and eAuction processes.
- Solid understanding of procurement processes and proficiency in eSourcing platforms (e.g. Coupa, Ariba, Scanmarket etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder and supplier engagement.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
