This is not a 9-to-5 job – we are seeking someone who takes full ownership, thrives in a high-growth environment, and is ready to go beyond fixed hours to deliver results.


About the Role

high-agency, execution-obsessed Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR)

This role is ideal for someone who thinks like a founder, takes end-to-end ownership, and thrives in fast, unstructured environments.

You’ll be expected to build 0→1, scale live verticals, and drive full P&L ownership with complete creative and operational freedom.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the

    P&L, topline, and retention

    for one or more product categories or business verticals
  • Launch new products/brands — own

    category research, roadmap, GTM, onboarding, and CX

  • Scale D2C growth via

    Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Quick Commerce (Zepto, Blinkit, etc.)

  • Align performance marketing, merchandising, and conversion across platforms
  • Optimize key business levers:

    CAC, ROAS, LTV, RTO%, OTIF, Inventory DOS, Fill Rate

  • Build and manage operations with design, logistics, supply chain, and tech
  • Create weekly dashboards and take action from data (Excel/Sheets, internal tools)


Required Hard Skills (Non-Negotiable)

  • 2–5 years in a

    D2C / e-commerce / startup operating role

  • Hands-on experience with

    Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub

  • Worked directly on

    Unicommerce, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics dashboards

  • Comfort with

    CAC, ROAS, RTO, inventory days, and pricing experiments

  • Strong experience with cross-platform

    launches, retention flows, and CX optimization

  • Excellent command over

    Excel/Google Sheets

    and a working understanding of

    P&L

  • Prior ownership of a category/brand/vertical (at a startup or as a founder)

  • Built your own startup or side-hustle (profitable or not)
  • Experience in

    spirituality, wellness, astrology, Ayurveda

    , or gifting
  • Knowledge of

    MoEngage, RazorpayX, or Quick Commerce panels
