Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth & New Initiatives
• Identify opportunities in recruitment, HR tech, and talent intelligence.
• Conceptualize, validate, and execute pilot projects or new service offerings.
• Support client acquisition and partnership development initiatives.
• Market Research & Business Planning
• Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and untapped opportunities.
• Develop business cases, GTM plans, and revenue models for new ideas.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work with sales, marketing, operations, and tech teams to execute strategic initiatives.
• Ensure smooth coordination between departments for project delivery.
• Client & Project Management
• Assist in managing key client accounts and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and design solutions.
• Innovation & Experimentation
• Leverage AI tools and recruitment automation to improve processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in workflows and service quality.
  

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in startups, consulting, business strategy, or related roles.
• Exposure to recruitment, HR tech, SaaS, or B2B services preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred.
• Self-driven, resourceful, and able to thrive in fast-changing environments.
