Role Description

Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR)

What You will do

• Lead

  experiments

  in new AI-driven products, training formats, and proof-of-concepts with clients.
• Work directly with the founding team on

  high-priority initiatives

  (product, GTM, partnerships, community).
• Explore

  new markets, prototypes, and growth ideas

  —then test them quickly.
• Help shape Kodryx AI’s journey with hands-on execution, hustle, and creativity.

What we are looking for

• Someone passionate about

  startups, AI, and building from scratch

  .

• Generalist mindset:

  comfortable switching between AI research, design, product, growth, and pitching.

• Curiosity > credentials. Hustle > hierarchy. Execution > perfection.

• Bonus: if you’ve tried building something of your own (a project, a startup, a community).
• If you have a corporate mindset, don't apply for this role.

Qualifications

• Strong background in programming,

  AI solutions development,

  implementation, and pilot project creation
• Excellent mentoring and collaboration skills to work with startups and internal teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work full-time on-site in Hyderabad ( 3 days from the office)

• You should know how to write code in Python
• No degree is required if you have the right skill sets
