As part of this role, your key responsibilities will include overseeing the end-to-end fulfillment process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing key logistics metrics such as delivery time, order accuracy, and cost efficiency. Building and maintaining strong vendor partnerships with logistics and warehouse partners will be crucial. You will also coordinate with third-party warehouse partners to ensure operational alignment and high standards in inventory management, order accuracy, and dispatch timeliness. Implementing SOPs and systems to enhance efficiency and scalability in the fulfillment process will also be a key focus area. In addition to fulfillment responsibilities, you will play a vital role in monitoring and optimizing key metrics of the customer support team to deliver exceptional service. Analyzing customer feedback to identify pain points and implementing actionable solutions will be part of your remit. You will be tasked with developing and optimizing processes to ensure that customer support is scale-ready as the business grows. The ideal candidate for this role must have at least 3 years of relevant experience post-bachelor's degree. Previous work experience in managing 3PL partners and/or a Customer Experience Team in a D2C brand is essential. An innate customer obsession and a deep understanding of customer needs, along with the ability to prioritize customer satisfaction in every decision, are critical. Demonstrated proficiency in cultivating and managing vendor relationships effectively, along with the capability to take full ownership and operate independently in a dynamic environment, are key attributes.
