The Role: Enterprise Sales Head – Europe

Europe is one of the most sophisticated enterprise markets in the world—complex procurement systems, strict compliance, multi-country business environments. As Enterprise Sales Head – Europe, you'll lead FlytBase's expansion across the EU and UK, orchestrating multi-country SaaS enterprise sales cycles and closing 7–8 figure ARR contracts with some of the world's most advanced industrial customers.

This is not a remote-only role—you must thrive in in-person, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales across borders, from London to Berlin to Oslo. You'll own both inbound and outbound sales motions, while building a partner ecosystem that scales across diverse European markets.


What You'll Own (Not Just Do)

  • Lead inbound + outbound SaaS enterprise sales across Europe.
  • Represent FlytBase at European exhibitions & trade shows (London, Paris, Frankfurt, Amsterdam)—turning demos into deals.
  • Drive outbound account-based campaigns into utilities, energy, logistics, and industrial conglomerates.
  • Orchestrate 7–8 figure ARR SaaS contracts, navigating multi-country procurement, legal, and compliance-heavy reviews.
  • Build and scale FlytBase's channel partner ecosystem across Europe (consultants, system integrators, drone providers).
  • Manage 6–12+ month enterprise SaaS cycles, including security reviews, PoCs, and complex integrations.
  • Act as the voice of European enterprise customers, shaping FlytBase's roadmap to meet EU-specific requirements (compliance, data security, industrial standards).
  • Evangelize FlytBase as the category leader in autonomous operations SaaS across Europe.


Who You Are

  • 7+ years in enterprise SaaS B2B sales.
  • Must-have: Valid Schengen/EU business visa or work permit.
  • Proven record of closing SaaS enterprise deals in Europe (7–8 figure ARR, inbound + outbound).
  • Skilled in multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles: CIOs, CISOs, Legal, Procurement, Compliance, Ops.
  • Experienced in channel + direct SaaS sales, across multi-country accounts.
  • Strong technical/security/product sales depth: SaaS integrations, security audits, PoCs, compliance-heavy discussions.
  • AI-native mindset: you use AI to optimize outbound campaigns, forecast pipelines, and craft ROI narratives.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology/Engineering (CS, IT, Electronics, or related).
