Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities/ Job Description: Business Requirements Analysis: Gather and document business requirements, identify gaps, and develop solutions System Implementation: Implement and configure ERP systems, including setup, customization, and testing System Integration: Integrate ERP with other systems, applications, and third-party tools Data Migration : Plan and execute data migration from legacy systems to ERP Testing and Quality Assurance : Develop and execute testing plans to ensure system functionality and quality Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on ERP system usage and functionality Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues, providing timely support to users Process Optimization : Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to optimize system performance Documentation : Create and maintain documentation, including system configurations, user manuals, and training materials Change Managemen t: Manage organizational change, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems System Upgrades and Maintenance: Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities Requirements: Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP consulting, support and Implementation Industry experience : Experience working in Retail industries ERP System Knowledge: Strong knowledge of ERP module Technical Skills: Good Understanding of API Integration and Database Table/Field Business process knowledge: Understanding of business processes and operations Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business problems and identify solutions Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interested candidates can also share their application on the email id, simran.gokhale@houseofanitadongre.com with the Subject : Application for ERP Consultant.
