We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Growth Strategist to lead business expansion initiatives, develop high-value enterprise partnerships, and drive sustainable revenue growth. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution—ideal for a professional who thrives on identifying new opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and shaping market strategies for maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Market Development: Identify, qualify, and engage enterprise clients across priority industries. Develop tailored strategies to open new accounts and expand existing relationships.
Strategic Relationship Building: Establish trusted partnerships with CXOs and senior decision-makers, understanding their business challenges and aligning customized solutions to their goals.
Go-to-Market Leadership: Design and execute data-driven GTM strategies for new product lines and emerging business segments in collaboration with product, marketing, and operations teams.
Revenue Growth Ownership: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, drive predictable revenue outcomes, and ensure achievement of quarterly and annual growth targets.
Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Lead commercial discussions, craft winning proposals, and close complex enterprise deals that deliver mutual value.
Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer insights to identify white spaces and shape strategic positioning.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, exceptional client experiences, and retention of key enterprise accounts.
Brand Representation: Serve as a thought leader at industry events, conferences, and executive forums to enhance brand visibility and strengthen strategic networks.
What We’re Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 5–12 years of success in B2B or Enterprise Sales, Account Growth, or Business Strategy, ideally within SaaS, technology, or high-growth organizations.
Sales Expertise: Deep understanding of solution-based and consultative selling approaches for enterprise clients.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to blend short-term execution with long-term business vision.
Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical Acumen: Strong ability to interpret sales data, market intelligence, and business metrics for actionable insights.
Self-starter: High ownership mindset, entrepreneurial drive, and adaptability in dynamic business environments.
