Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities: Daily Equipment & Machinery Maintenance - Manage day-to-day breakdowns, repairs, and performance optimization of plant equipment and machinery. HVAC Systems - Strong understanding of HVAC operations and maintenance specific to cleanroom environments and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Purified Water Generation - Expertise in handling and maintaining PWG (Purified Water Generation) and WFI systems. Plant Utilities Management - Oversee maintenance and efficiency of DG sets, air compressors, boilers, and other critical plant utilities. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance (PPM) - Design and implement structured PPM schedules to reduce downtime and improve reliability. Team Leadership - Manage a team of technicians and junior engineers. Plan, allocate responsibilities, and ensure timely task execution. Pharma-Specific Compliance - Ensure that all maintenance activities align with cGMP and pharma regulatory requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field of study Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical plant engineering & maintenance is mandatory In-depth technical knowledge of plant equipment, HVAC, purified water systems, and utilities Familiarity with pharma compliance, documentation, and regulatory audit preparedness Strong interpersonal and communication skills Show more Show less
