Engineering Manager

As a candidate currently residing in Chh. Sambhajinagar, you are eligible to apply for the following role: Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and performance optimization of plant equipment and machinery, with a strong focus on HVAC systems, purified water generation, plant utilities, and preventive & predictive maintenance. Additionally, you will lead a team of technicians and junior engineers, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Daily Equipment & Machinery Maintenance: Manage breakdowns, repairs, and performance optimization. - HVAC Systems: Understand HVAC operations specific to cleanroom environments and pharmaceutical manufacturing. - Purified Water Generation: Handle and maintain PWG and WFI systems effectively. - Plant Utilities Management: Oversee maintenance and efficiency of critical utilities like DG sets, air compressors, and boilers. - Preventive & Predictive Maintenance (PPM): Design and implement structured PPM schedules to enhance reliability. - Team Leadership: Manage a team, allocate responsibilities, and ensure timely task execution. - Pharma-Specific Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities align with cGMP and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical plant engineering & maintenance. - Profound technical knowledge of plant equipment, HVAC, purified water systems, and utilities. - Familiarity with pharma compliance, documentation, and regulatory audit preparedness. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,
