Engineering Manager – MERN Stack (DevOps Expertise)

What You’ll Do at FourJunctions

Lead and mentor a hybrid team of ~12 engineers (backend, frontend & full-stack), ensuring strong technical delivery and career growth.
Own architecture and technical direction for
FourJunctions’ core hub system
, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
Conduct code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and maintain high coding standards.
Drive agile practices including sprint planning, retrospectives, CI/CD pipelines, and seamless deployment workflows.
Oversee DevOps practices
– ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure management (AWS/GCP/Azure), monitoring, and deployment automation.
Collaborate directly with U.S. enterprise clients to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Partner with
FourJunctions’ leadership
to shape the company’s
AI services roadmap
and evaluate opportunities for product spin-offs.
Foster a culture of ownership, learning, and collaboration in a hybrid working setup.

Desired Experience

6–10 years in building
enterprise-grade, scalable applications
using
MERN
.
3+ years in a leadership role managing hybrid (remote + onsite) engineering teams.
Deep familiarity with
DevOps methodologies
: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, IaC, cloud ops, monitoring.
Strong architectural sense—especially around microservices, data flow, and high-load systems.
Excellent cross-cultural communication—experience collaborating with
U.S.-based enterprise clients
.
A people-first leader with a passion for team-building, delivering excellence, and fostering innovation.
Excited about
