Job Description

Review of the technical / engineering specifications of the order and planning the engineering planning for document submission as per the planned schedule.
Delegating, review and supervising various activities like drawing preparation, design calculations, BOM, TDS, GA drawings, QAP, IOM Manuals etc as per the technical specification / client order requirements.
Review and release of 3D models of skids, engineered packages etc for manufacturing.
Ensuring data security and regular back up of engineering related documentation as per the company policy.
Training, mentoring and hiring of Team members.
Resolving engineering non-conformities and ensuring closure of non-conformities as per ISO procedures.
Analyze the CAPA and get it implemented to avoid future non-conformities.
Ensuring the workflow and documentation as per ISO & company procedures.
To maintain the MIS of the engineering department and suggest & carry out the improvements accordingly.
Attending MRM meetings and presenting the performance of the engineering departments and suggesting areas of improvement / which needs attention.
Assisting the sales & marketing department in estimation activities related to engineered packages.
Attending meetings with clients for any technical query / issue resolution.
Resolving any issues related to engineering from the design stage to commissioning stage.
Visiting project site for technical meetings / installation supervision / commissioning assistance when required.
