Job Summary:

Surya International Enterprises Pvt Ltd is looking for dedicated Engineer professional to join their team is responsible for overseeing the collection, organization, and maintenance of critical data, records, and materials across the organization. This role ensures that all collection activities are performed accurately and in compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and timelines. The coordinator will also manage the ongoing upkeep of data, systems, and assets, ensuring they remain accurate, organized, and accessible for all relevant stakeholders.

Qualification: B.Tech (Civil,EE) Operations, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Role And Responsibility:

1. Scheduling and Planning Maintenance Activities

• Develop and manage maintenance schedules for equipment, systems, and facilities.
• Coordinate routine preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Prioritize maintenance tasks based on urgency and impact on operations.

2. Team Coordination and Supervision

• Oversee the maintenance team, including technicians, engineers, and external contractors.
• Assign tasks and ensure the team is equipped with necessary tools and materials.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance and support as needed.

3. Resource and Inventory Management

• Manage and track spare parts inventory, ensuring that necessary components are readily available for maintenance work.
• Coordinate with suppliers to order parts, tools, and equipment when required.
• Ensure proper documentation of materials and resources used during maintenance activities.

4. Vendor and Contractor Management

• Liaise with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services or repairs.
• Ensure that contracted services meet quality, budget, and safety standards.
• Evaluate vendor performance and provide feedback or recommendations for improvements.

5. Compliance and Safety Standards

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits and ensure that the maintenance team follows safety protocols.
• Address any safety issues or violations promptly and implement corrective actions.

6. Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, repairs, and parts used.
• Prepare regular reports on maintenance performance, costs, and downtime for management.
• Ensure that maintenance logs are updated and accessible for auditing and compliance purposes.

7. Budget and Cost Control

• Assist in budgeting for maintenance activities, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Monitor and report on maintenance costs, identifying areas for improvement or savings.
• Recommend cost-efficient strategies for repairs, replacements, and resource management.

8. Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement

• Track the performance of equipment and systems to identify areas requiring attention.
• Analyze maintenance trends and suggest improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Recommend equipment upgrades or replacements to enhance productivity and reliability.

9. Emergency Response and Troubleshooting

• Be available to coordinate emergency maintenance tasks, ensuring quick response to equipment failures or breakdowns.
• Facilitate troubleshooting efforts and help resolve technical issues as they arise.

10. Communication and Collaboration

• Act as the primary point of contact for maintenance-related matters within the organization.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as production, engineering, and operations, to ensure that maintenance schedules align with operational needs.
• Communicate maintenance plans, progress, and issues to senior management.

11. Training and Development

• Provide training to maintenance personnel on new equipment, technologies, and best practices.
• Ensure team members are up to date with safety training and regulatory requirements.
