Deliver reliability improvement projects and day to day reliability support as well as systematically update and optimize the preventive maintenance strategy to ensure safe operations and emphasize the ability of all equipment to function without failure, in collaboration with Sibelco plant maintenance, production and engineering teams. Set-up, follow-up and maintain relevant IT processes and reporting to support and visualize maintenance activities and KPI’s. Responsibilities Lead and ensure execution of reliability excellence/maintenance programs. Create and maintain reliability maintenance strategy documents. Implement Lean manufacturing tools to empower employees and facilitate growth to ensure improvement of the financial performance, in collaboration with Maintenance Planners/Supervisors Develop, manage and monitor KPI’s and ensure optimal reporting: Develop and maintain new KPI’s of equipment reliability. Lead in maintenance improvement tools (PM Optimization, RCM, RCA, RCFA, FMEA, etc.) and knowledgeable in predictive maintenance tools (Vibration, Ultrasound, Thermography, etc). Maintain a high level of technical competency in advanced maintenance technology. Advise and support the Maintenance Supervisors/Managers. Roll out learnings and workshops and take an active role. Knowledge of Sibelco's safety regulations and ensure activities are in compliance with those regulations. About You Master level in mechanics or electronics or equal by experience Minimum 10-15 years engineering experience, including experience with mechanical design/testing, international quality standards. Minimum 5 years utility systems/management and/or facilities/plant management and maintenance. Experience in the Mining industry is preferred. Certified Plant Engineer or Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional is preferred. English – proficient verbal & writing Local language of the country of base and main operations – proficient verbal & writing Why Join Us?
