Employee Relations Specialist

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduation is mandatory
• Experience: 2 to 5 years in HR Employee Relations in a BPO
• Strong knowledge employee relation, employee retention, grievance redressal, and disciplinary processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage conflicts professionally
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems
• Experience in handling large employee bases and high-paced environments
• Day Shifts and 5.5 Working days
• Languages: Must be fluent in English and Hindi

Required Skills:

• Be the first point of contact for employee grievances and resolve issues sensitively.
• Conduct employee connect sessions, skip-level meetings, and engagement activities
• Support disciplinary actions, investigations, and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure policy compliance, especially related to POSH, code of conduct, and HR norms.
• Maintain reports and trackers for grievances, attrition, disciplinary actions, etc.
• Drive HR engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends for retention planning.

Compensation:
