As an Employee Relations Specialist, you play a crucial role in creating a healthy, inclusive, and compliant work environment. To excel in this role, you are required to have: - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field. - Experience: 2-4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, focusing on Employee Relations, conflict resolution, or grievance handling. - Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, along with expertise in complex problem-solving and negotiation. - Attributes: Demonstrated high level of integrity, discretion, empathy, and professionalism in handling sensitive information. - Knowledge: Comprehensive familiarity with labor laws and employment compliance practices.
