Job Description

As an Employee Relations Specialist, you play a crucial role in creating a healthy, inclusive, and compliant work environment. Your primary responsibility is to address employee concerns and grievances with professionalism, confidentiality, and fairness, ultimately fostering organizational trust and promoting employee satisfaction. By ensuring strict adherence to company policies and labor laws, you contribute significantly to the overall well-being of the workforce. Your key responsibilities include: - Investigating employee complaints, grievances, and policy violations. - Serving as a neutral mediator for workplace disputes and conflicts. - Ensuring fair, timely, and confidential resolution of all grievances. - Maintaining accurate, legally compliant records and documentation. - Collaborating with HR, leadership, and legal teams on complex cases. - Educating employees and managers on grievance and conflict resolution policies. - Suggesting policy improvements based on recurring workplace trends. - Proactively monitoring the workplace to identify potential conflict risks. To excel in this role, you are required to have: - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field. - Experience: 2-4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, focusing on Employee Relations, conflict resolution, or grievance handling. - Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, along with expertise in complex problem-solving and negotiation. - Attributes: Demonstrated high level of integrity, discretion, empathy, and professionalism in handling sensitive information. - Knowledge: Comprehensive familiarity with labor laws and employment compliance practices. Your performance will be measured based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as: - Average time to resolve grievances - Employee satisfaction post-resolution - Reduction in recurring conflict cases - Compliance with HR/legal policies - Feedback from managers and employees This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the specified location.,
