Job Description

The Opportunity

As part of the India Employee Relations team, the Employee Relations Manager will be a key member of our newly developed Employee Relations Centre of Excellence in India. You will serve as a trusted partner to leaders, HR, and employeesproviding guidance across performance management, investigations, accommodations, and compliance matters. This role is central to creating a fair, consistent, and positive workplace experience.

You Are Great At

Coaching leaders on performance management and providing structured documentation support.
Managing sensitive and complex workplace issues with neutrality and professionalism.
Supporting and conducting investigations to ensure fair and consistent outcomes.
Mediating conflicts to reduce workplace friction and strengthen collaboration.
Partnering with HR Shared Services, Benefits, and Legal to resolve complex leave and compliance cases.
Analyzing ER data, identifying trends, and recommending workplace improvements.

What You Need to Succeed

Bachelors degree or equivalent HR experience.
8+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on Employee Relations.
Solid knowledge of India Employment Law; familiarity with Canada or Philippines law is a plus.
Proven ability to investigate and resolve sensitive issues objectively.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
High level of integrity, ethics, and confidentiality in all matters.
SHRM-SCP or equivalent certification preferred.
