Employee Relations Executive - (Project Based Assignment) - 2 years

Role & responsibilities

To maintain effective employee relations at the O&M site while ensuring statutory and legal compliance. This role is responsible for delivering smooth HR operations for both permanent and contract workforce, including accurate attendance reporting, contract labor compliance,

employee engagement and welfare initiatives, and timely grievance resolution-creating a safe, compliant, and productive work environment aligned with organizational standards.

• Monitor attendance systems and validate contractor wage sheets for compliance.
• Design and execute engagement calendars, Coordinate welfare programs and Act as front-line grievance handler for permanent & contract workforce.
• Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs for site workforce. Track training coverage and effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, PT, LWF, other statutory requirements for contractors and direct employees.
• Maintain statutory registers and contractor documentation, conduct audits contractors for compliance.
• Oversee compliance of multiple contractors with labor laws and company standards.
• Ensure compliance with Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, Contract Labor Act, and other applicable laws.
• Handle grievances and assist in resolving conflicts to maintain industrial harmony.
• Assist Site Leadership to coordinate with labor authorities during inspections and audits.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of contract staff, Maintain HRIS and manage employee queries

Preferred candidate profile

Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 8 -10 yrs

Educational Qualification: MBA (HR) / Equivalent
