The position incumbent will be responsible for managing HR Business Partnering for Sales & Marketing functions. The individual will also be responsible for managing various short & long-term projects on Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and HR policies. The incumbent will be required to connect with stakeholders as necessary.
Ensuring strong implementation of performance management and talent development process with 100% adherence to timelines.
Engaging the HO and specifically the field sales roles through various employee engagement initiatives pan India.
Experience of Success Factors modules and other HR aspects of digitalization are desirable
