Role Overview

dynamic and empathetic HR Executive – Employee Engagement

Key Responsibilities

Engagement Strategy & Culture Building

  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives aligned with business goals and company values
  • Act as a culture ambassador, promoting inclusion, collaboration, and a positive work environment

Events & Employee Experience

  • Plan and execute internal events, celebrations, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities
  • Support HR in delivering a warm and engaging onboarding experience for new hires

Feedback & Insights

  • Conduct employee engagement, satisfaction, and pulse surveys
  • Analyze feedback and share actionable insights with leadership
  • Track engagement metrics to support strategic decision-making

Communication & Recognition

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure clear and engaging communication across levels
  • Manage employee recognition programs to celebrate milestones and achievements

Employer Branding

  • Create engaging content and campaigns showcasing QI Spine’s culture and people
  • Support employer branding initiatives across social media, digital platforms, and events

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

  • 2+ years in employee engagement, HR, or internal communications

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Creative mindset with strong planning and execution abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools
  • Passion for people, culture, and meaningful workplace experiences

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
